The design I like is sold out! Can I have another one made?Absolutely! Please send us a message (IG/FB: @cachetcollection, Viber/WhatsApp +639175686709) or email (cachetcollection@gmail.com) with a photo of your desired design, and we'll create a unique piece for you using our available fabrics.

What is Cachet Collection?We are a clothing brand based in Manila, Philippines that creates ready-to-wear garments made from surplus couture fabrics.

Can I have something made in my size?Yes, we can have our existing designs custom-made to your size with an additional fee starting at PhP 500 on top of the item's regular price. Where can I find your physical store?You can find us at Frankie General Store, 2F Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC Metro Manila. Stay tuned for updates on more locations!

What are your delivery locations?We currently deliver only within Metro Manila, Philippines. For delivery outside Metro Manila, please get in touch with us so we can see what we can do!

Can I arrange my own pickup?Yes! Just select the "Self Pickup" option upon checkout. We will send our delivery details after we receive your payment confirmation.

How does delivery work?After you place your order, please send us a copy of your payment confirmation (including delivery fee) via e-mail to cachetcollection@gmail.com or Viber/WhatsApp to +639175686709. We will confirm your delivery address and send it to you via Grab within 1-2 days.
